Three-day training workshop on team leading was held in the headquarters of Integra Construction. Mid-level managers of Headquarters and Directorate of Infrastructural Projects took part in the training.
Business-trainer faced a task to . identify strengths and weaknesses in the interaction between departments. The result wasn’t long in coming. Even based on the results of the first day of training, general conclusions and adjustments were made on joint resolution of tasks and mutual aid.
Often, departments of headquarters and branches separate themselves from general and contiguous processes. We focus on our work and do not take into account interests of other bodies, by so doing we let our colleagues down, insufficiently respond to their inquiries or perform joint tasks in a superficial manner. In general process chain, each separate link cannot exist on its own. Corporate success is not only in performance of a single department. Synergism is very important: data and documents provided in time, cross-analyses, consulting and many other things, - Head of Human Resources Department Danash Saduakassova noted.
Participants of the training upgraded their leadership skills, revised an approach to team management, made focus on motivation, development and result orientation. Along with this, general tasks and mutual assistance were put in the forefront. Worthwhile experience was received through tasks with elements of team-building, psychologic games and clarifying of the theory of interaction in plain language.
Thanks to Zhadyra Murzagulova, a business trainer of Center of Intellectual Development I-MAP LLP, for a creative approach and brilliantly performed task. In perspective, it is planned to conduct such trainings in all company branches.
