The branch comprises: Zharyk, Zhetygen, Ushtobe track maintenance trains, as well as Zhanaarka, Kumshagal, Arys, Zaschita and Zhezkazgan operations facilities.
Southern Directorate was involved in construction of the country’s largest railways: Zhetygen – Khorgos, Zhezkazgan – Saksaulskaya, Arkalyk – Shubarkol, construction of the Dry Port and infrastructure facilities in the Special Economic Zone of Khorgos – Eastern Gates. By labour of the branch, projects on construction of Altynkol station terminal were implemented, second tracks on Almaty-1 – Shu section were laid.
Annually up to 150 kilometers of railways in Kazakhstan are repaired by the Southern Directorate team.

The branch comprises: Beyneu, Belkul track maintenance trains, and Kazaly and Makat operations facilities. Maximum scope of railway track overhaul was 185 kilometers per year.
Western Directorate was involved in strategic projects for construction of Zhezkazgan – Saksaulskaya, Khromtau – Altynsarino, Aksu – Degelen railway lines, approach lines in Kuryk Port, and implemented a number of projects ordered by manufacturing companies.
In 2021, Western Directorate became the Best Company Branch among all in terms of railway track overhaul.

The branch comprises: Yessil, Ekibastuz track maintenance trains, and Pritobolskaya, Ereymentau, Pavlodar, Kostanay and Kokshetau operations facilities.
Northern Directorate was involved in implementation of railways construction projects: Aksu – Degelen, Khromtau – Altynsarino, Zhetygen – Khorgos, Arkalyk – Shubarkol, development of Arkalyk station, construction of Zhezkazgan – Saksaulskaya lime, implementation of the project on development of Astana railway junction including construction of the Station building.
It is the first branch which obtained working experience on the territory of the Russian Federation. From 2021 Northern Directorate is involved in strategic project on construction of KAMAZ factory in Kostanay.

Directorate for Infrastructure Projects implements the largest pipeline of projects, where participation share across Kazakhstan is more than 40% of the total company portfolio. These are not only infrastructure lines, but also the fields of hydraulic and engineering structures, civil engineering, erection of utility networks and other.
Over the years of work, a lot projects have been successfully implemented: Construction of the second tracks of Almaty-1 – Shu, Construction of the second track on Passing loop 19 – Dostyk open line, Construction of road bypassing Sortirovka sector in Karaganda, improvement of yards of multistoried houses in Kentau and other projects.
Executive office of the branch is located in Shymkent
A young branch established in 2021 demonstrates high performance, having implemented a project on construction of 9 social housing estates of 360 apartments with the area of 22.5 thou sq.m. in a short period of time.
In 2022 the second stage of construction of social housing started in Bozaryk microdistrict in Shymkent, within which additional 20 thou sq.m. will be constructed. In Zhetysu Region, Konayev, a project on construction of 5 houses of 200 apartments started.
In Turkestan, construction of the Ice Palace in accordance with the international standards of the Continental Hockey League is being completed. It is one of the few projects that will be considered a heritage and an ornament of the historical city.
