History
Integra Construction KZ LLP established in 1998 specializes in construction and project management, including rehabilitation and maintenance of railways, highways, and implementation of transportation and logistics infrastructure projects. The Company implements housing and civil engineering, industrial, hydraulic engineering projects, erects utility networks, facilities and so on. The Company made its way from a repair organization in railway sector to a major player in construction market of the country ranking 9th in the world in terms of area.
Integra Construction KZ LLP is the largest contractor in the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform rehabilitation of track superstructure of main, industry tracks and sidings and is the first ever company to build new railways in the history of independent Kazakhstan. The Company has grand transport and logistics construction projects of international and republican importance.
The company owns a full range of modern construction machinery and equipment, a certified quality control laboratory, and has reliable partners on the construction market, including equipment and material suppliers on the territory of Kazakhstan and abroad, which allows implementation of the most complex projects on the turnkey basis. The Company performs qualitative and operational works at a high level and fully satisfies the needs of stakeholders.

History
1998 - ESTABLISHMENT
In accordance with the Railway Transport Reorganization Program of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 25 track maintenance trains and two crushed stone plants were separated from the track facilities structure of Kazakhstan railways, on the basis of which Remput State Subsidiary was established.
2005-2007 - TRANSFORMATION
By the Government Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.1226 dated September 22, 2001 “Separate issues of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (Kazakhstan Railways) Republican State Enterprise” and by the order of The State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.257 dated October 15, 2001 On reorganization of state subsidiaries of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (Kazakhstan Railways) Republican State Enterprise, Zhol zhondeushi Open Joint-Stock Company was created on the basis of Remput State Subsidiary.
In the course of the Company reorganization, in August 2005, Company Zhol zhondeushi Limited Liability Partnership was established. The Company became the Republic’s largest enterprise in track service market specialized in construction and all types of repair of main, industry and siding railway tracks.
2014 - OPERATIONS DIVERSIFICATION
Besides the main activities in the railway sector, The Company discovers the roads construction market of different categories.
2014-2016 - IMPLEMENTATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
Company Zhol zhondeushi LLP constructs large railway lines of republican importance, particularly: Aksu-Degelen, Zhem-Zhanazhol, Zhetygen-Khorgos, Arkalyk-Shubarkol, Zhezkazgan-Beyneu, Almaty-1-Shu, as well as implements other major infrastructure projects of the Republic, including Dry port in the Special Economic Zone of Khorgos – Eastern Gates, approach lines to the ferry complex of Kuryk port, develops Astana railway junction, including construction of Nurly-Zhol station in the capital of Kazakhstan.
2017 - REBRANDING
In view of entering international market, a decision of rebranding was made. On June 28, 2017 Zhol Zhondeushi Company LLP was reregistered under its new name – Integra Construction KZ LLP, which fully discloses the company’s activities with consideration of strategic development.
2017 - 2018 - ACCESS TO FOREIGN MARKETS
Being a leader of industry and successfully competitive in its segment of domestic market, Integra Construction KZ LLP began active work to enter the international arena.
The Company opens its branches across the world in accordance with the ongoing projects: in UAE, Georgia, Italy, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Slovakia, representation in Russia. As a part of big consortiums, the Company enters into markets of Europe and Middle East.
2021 - 2022 DIVERSIFICATION
The Company is not complacent. Having more than 20 years of experience in implementations of major projects the Company discovers new directions on the market: housing and civil engineering, hydraulic engineering construction, utility networks and facilities, and more. There is no limit for development and perfection!
