Total land area: 19,2 hectares.
The project infrastructure includes:
• reconstruction of 0.5 km of station siding;
• construction of two units of connecting tracks and nine units of loading and unloading tracks with a total length of 5.9 km;
• nine sets of turnouts;
• administrative and amenity building;
• central checkpoint and additional checkpoints;
• container repair and certification site;
• customs zone;
• hazardous cargo storage area;
• cargo repacking area;
• repacking and short-term storage warehouse;
• container sites.

• Construction of a dam - 1;
• Filling embankment of the earth dam – 863.9 thou m³;
• Fixing the earth and cellular dam by quarry stone – 319.8 thou m³;
• Filling embankment in dam cells – 104.7 thou m³;
• Concrete works – 64 thou m³;
• Installation of reinforcing cage of the dam – 3 942 t.

• Improvement of the port area and construction of coastal infrastructure
• hydraulic structures (protecting walls, construction of PS 110, PS 35 lines).

Scope of work:
railway overpass for 3 tracks with the length of 2.55 km;
railway subgrade filling and servicing yard in volume of 972 thou m3;
laying of 37.4 km track panel;
construction of power supply, signalling and communications, water supply, sewerage, heat supply facilities, servicing and production facilities;
overhead catenary line – 34 km;
OHL distribution stations – 2 pcs.

Scope of work:
main track lines – 25 km;
station tracks – 9.2 km;
construction of approach tracks:
     - gauge 1435 mm – 4,6 km;
     - gauge 1520 mm – 4,6 km;
laying of railway track on overpass 1.4 km;
complex works on development of port’s infrastructure.

• Construction of asphalt concrete pavement for parking of aircrafts of business aviation with an area of 137 thou. m2.
