In 2019 InCon KZ started works on reconstruction of Karaganda – Balkhash section 1492.4-1855 km of road of republican subordinance “Russian border (on Yekaterinburg) – Almaty, through Kostanay, Astana, Karaganda” of the Center – South Corridor
Section 3 Aksu-Aksu-Ayuly 1578-1620 km. Aksu-Ayuly village is located on the south of Karaganda Region in Shet District and is its administrative and economic center.
“Total length of the section will be 42.2 km. Works are carried out in accordance with approved calendar schedule of works. It is planned to put the facility into operation in 2023.
On this stage, works on construction of 20 culverts on main road and 16 pipes on joints and crossings are performed, construction of six agri-passageways is done. Works on Koktal bridge are completed 90%, Sherubaynura bridge – 60%. Construction of 29.9 km of the base layer of asphalt-concrete surfacing on the right side and 17.26 km on the left side is completed.
To date, availability of the road section is over 60%. Production of concrete aggregate and reinforced concrete products continues”, - Project Manager Mr. Yerzhigit Naymanbayev informed.
