InCon KZ continues construction of apartment houses in new Bozaryk Micro-district in Shymkent. The work is under way; we are building the second floor
The future unit will include nine five-storied (bays). Design stipulates 360 apartments: 90 single-room, 90 double-room and 180 three-room ones.
“The residential unit is located at developing and modern part of the city, in one of the most prospective districts, has an attractive front and a functional plan. We apply all efforts and experience to implement the project to a maximum quality and in time” – noted Director of Branch of InConKZ in Shymkent Mr. Batyrbek Ashirbayev.
InCon KZ proudly makes contribution to development of the third metropolitan of Kazakhstan. Construction is performed according to a schedule. Completion is planned in 2022.
