Teams of the Northern, Southern and Western Directorates completed about 89% of the total overhaul of the track since the start of work in 2022.
August is ending on a positive note. So, on August 24, the Northern Directorate conducted the final track possession on the section "Amankaragai - Kushmurun - Koybagar". Final 1.5 km of track for the Kostanay operating division was laid. The plan of rehabilitation of 63.9 km of railway has been completed.
August 30, on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Southern Directorate completed laying of the final 1.4 km of track on section of Kyzylzhar – Tuyemoynak. Planned 48 km of track were rehabilitated for Karaganda operating division at the open line of Zharyk – Passing Loop 17, Passing Loop 17 - Passing Loop 33, Kyzylzhar - Tuyemoynak.
