Branches of Integra Construction KZ for railway track overhaul are preparing for commencement of summer track works 2022
Along with organization and technical preparation, industrial training of engineering and technical employees is carried out. In March, Southern Directorate was one of the first to conduct internal training. The program was directed at traffic safety, occupational health and safety, organization and method of work on railway track repair, industrial safety, legal, regulatory requirements, labour relations and other.
Before the commencement of summer track works, it is important to refresh knowledge and exchange experience. Middle management on railway control not only operating process, but are also responsible for occupational health and safety and share practice with newly hired employees. It is a heavy responsibility, requiring particular experience and knowledge, - Executive Director of the Southern Directorate Mr. Kazybek Turzhanov noted.
Training and practical sessions were carried out during a week on the basis of Zhetygen track maintenance train. 30 mid-level managers of Zhetygen, Ushtobe, Zharyk track maintenance trains, and Zhanaarka, Kumshagal and Arys operating units, took part in training.
All participants completed a theoretical and practical course of training, and got a specially developed methodological material, which will be always ready at hand during execution of works.
