Integra Construction KZ underwent a regular surveillance audit on compliance with international standards of quality management, health protection, occupational and environmental safety.
Audit was from April 22 to 29 in the Headquarters (Nur-Sultan) and in the Northern Directorate (Kostanay), including the Department of Repair of Lifting Cranes (Pavlodar). Audit scope covered competences of the company at all levels of management, as well as organization of work on projects. Auditors visited a track possession at Koybagor – Kushmurun section of Kostanay operating division, where they supervised the rehabilitation process of 1.5 km railway track.
As a result, strong points of the company were noted in particular the process of planning, rehabilitation and construction, work on improvement of business processes, provision of occupational health and safety, control measures, infrastructure management, environmental safety. The next audit will be in 2023. It’s worth noting that the Company has international certificates of ISО 9001, ISО 14001 and ISО 45001, which allow to participate in projects on the territory of Kazakhstan and abroad. It is planned to expand the certification scope and involve all company branches into certification and surveillance audits in the future.
