In particular, the company acquired two line-lift-level machines on moving device (VPO-S).
The manufacturing plant made constructive changes by order of the company:
- equipment with CLUB-UP security system and walkie-talkies;
- installation of a 30kW diesel generator, which, should the primary diesel engine fail, will move the vehicle into transport mode.;
- equipping with control and measuring system "Escort" with a preliminary survey of the path during line-lift-level works up to the design values.
"In comparison with serial VPO-S -3-3000 machines.""The new equipment is self-propelled in operating mode, which allows to not incur the cost of attracting locomotive traction," stated Yerbol Seitkanov, Head of Mechanization Department, Integra Construction KZ.
"The use of VPO-S also reduces the need for track-laying machines for new buildings and major repairs of railways. In many aspects, the new machines' whole functional range not only exceeds that of their Chinese and European counterparts, but also performs on par with them," he added.
The equipment was accepted by JSC “Tulazheldormash” plant in Russia back in June. Following shipping to Kazakhstan, machinist training and commissioning, and other preparations, the new VPO-S started work on Dostyk-Moiynty second track building project in August.
