Construction of the Moiynty-Kyzylzhar railway line is gaining momentum

A strategically important infrastructure project - the construction of the Moiynty-Kyzylzhar railway line - is being implemented in an active phase. A new railway route with a length of 323 kilometers will pass through the territory of Karaganda and Ulytau regions. The project is carried out on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and is aimed at developing the country's transport network.

The goal of the project is to increase the efficiency of railway transportation, reduce the load on existing directions and modernize the section from Moiynty station to Kyzylzhar station. In the future, this will significantly strengthen the transit potential of Kazakhstan and increase the reliability of the entire logistics system.

Construction began in April this year. Large-scale excavation work is already underway at the facility. More than 150 specialists are involved in the project, over 100 units of special equipment are involved. To date, more than 375 thousand cubic meters of roadbed embankment have been completed.

In addition, it is planned to build 14 separate points, it is planned to build 40 bridges and overpasses, as well as lay 108 culverts.

The general contractor of the project is Integra Construction KZ LLP, one of the largest and most experienced companies in the construction and modernization of railways in Kazakhstan. The company has successfully implemented a number of large-scale transport infrastructure projects.
