This is the first domestic development of its kind in Kazakhstan.
MPC- QZ – microprocessor-based centralization of arrows and traffic lights, with integrated automatic functions of locking and locomotive signaling, railway crossing signaling, linear control room centralization and semi-automatic locking.
Connection of SCB and communication devices to the new system has significantly increased safety in railway automation and telemechanics, as well as simplified traffic management. This is an important stage of the project," says Yelzhas Aldaberlyuly, First Deputy Executive Director of Directorate for Construction of Dostyk-Moynty Second Tracks.
"MPC-QZ system is focused on minimizing errors related to the human factor, and can be used with or without full redundancy of components, depending on the category of the object. This ensures reliable operation of the system and traffic safety even in case of failure of individual technical means," he added.
It should be noted that the connection, testing and commissioning of MPC-QZ at the station were carried out at the end of October with participation of specialists from Integra Construction KZ LLP, developers of Qaz Rail Automatic LLP and the contractor AVA Automatic LLP.
