Currently, the facility is at the stage of construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. Work is underway on the construction of the building frame, as well as the formation of pool basins. Formwork, reinforcement and concreting of columns and walls are being carried out at the site, and external engineering networks are being laid in parallel.
Currently, water supply, sewerage, ventilation and air conditioning systems are being installed. The building provides pools, saunas, steam rooms and other areas with high humidity and temperature. Also, work is underway on waterproofing the foundation, the underground part of the building and the pool basins.
"Monolithic reinforced concrete structures, modern waterproofing materials and thermal insulation are used to reduce heat loss. For the pool basins, specialized materials are used that are resistant to moisture, chemical influences and temperature differences," said project manager Rauan Seydazim.
He also added that the facility involved engineering and technical personnel, including specialists from the production and technical department, foremen and other employees. In addition, contractors are involved in the construction of monolithic structures and the laying of external water supply and sewerage networks.
Earlier, work was completed on the development of the foundation pit, the installation of concrete bedding, the pouring of the foundation slab and the construction of the basement structures. In the near future, it is planned to arrange a ceiling over the basement, waterproofing and further construction of swimming pools and engineering networks.
