Integra Construction, together with GLB, will build 300 single-storey houses in North Kazakhstan region. The project will be implemented in support of flood victims in Petropavlovsk.
"The construction will use three-layer panels manufactured by the GLB house-building plant. Their advantage is, firstly, quality.
The panels retain heat and have high noise isolation. Secondly, the speed of installation work will increase significantly.
Houses are assembled from ready-made parts, like a construction set. This will make it possible to build housing in the Solnechny-2 microdistrict for flood victims in a short time, "said Daniyar Rakhimtaev, General Director of Integra Construction KZ.
"Now preparatory work is being carried out at the construction site, including the mobilization of personnel and equipment," he added.
It should be noted that before the start of construction, Gauez Nurmukhambetov, akim of North Kazakhstan region, visited the GLB plant in Astana and personally got acquainted with the technological process of panel manufacturing and the quality of finished products.
Financing of the project will be provided at the expense of Kaspi JSC.
