Integra builds a sanatorium in Issyk-Kul, to be opened in 2026

The construction of a new sanatorium in the popular resort Bosteri village in Issyk-Kul continues and will be completed by the end of 2026. After the commissioning, the complex will be ready to receive the first guests. The project has not only medical, but also social significance for the region.

Works began in April 2025. The sanatorium includes a main corps of variable number of storeys - from one to four floors - with 69 rooms. In addition, eight cottages with 16 standard rooms, as well as two premium class cottages, are under construction on the territory of the complex.

The main monolithic works are completed at the construction site, and the masonry is in its final stages. The glazing of the cottages are completed in full. Engineering networks are currently in process under the project, as well as work on outdoor communications.

The wellness complex will operate according to modern medical programs and will provide comfortable conditions for guests. It provides opportunities for family recreation and year-round recreation. The project is aimed at developing medical and social tourism in the region.

After commissioning, the sanatorium will be accessible to both residents of Kyrgyzstan and guests from other countries, including tourists from Kazakhstan.

The general contractor of the project is Integra, which has experience in the implementation of cultural and sports facilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is implemented by Integra's branch in Kyrgyzstan, which also employs local specialists.
