The complex is located at the intersection of Vernadsky and Ashimov streets, in an area with a developed infrastructure, convenient transport interchange and proximity to key social facilities. The housing stock includes 90 apartments in two five-story buildings. All apartments are finished and ready to move in.
The construction was carried out by Integra Construction KZ at its own expense within the framework of a public-private partnership. The project has become an example of social responsibility of business and effective interaction with government agencies.
The opening ceremony was attended by akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov, representatives of state bodies, deputy general director of Integra Construction KZ for strategic projects Alibek Kayrolla, partners and new settlers.
